OUR DISTILLERY
We craft our Tashmoo Blue Water Vodka and Gin in our pot still, using only the finest grains and botanicals. Each ingredient is carefully selected to ensure an exceptional flavor profile, resulting in a truly unique tasting experience. We then filter, proof, and bottle onsite to ensure we are offering the highest quality spirits possible.
BARREL-AGED BOURBON
Our bourbons are carefully sourced from Kentucky and Indiana. Before blending, we sample each barrel to achieve the flavor profile we’ve meticulously developed over the past 18 months. Our bourbons are aged a minimum of 5 years with most of it consisting of 6-7 year old barrels. We blend, filter, proof & bottle onsite, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
Our Gull Island Rum is crafted by sourcing aged Caribbean rum and finishing it in Tashmoo bourbon barrels for added depth and character.

Our Tequila is sourced from a distillery in Jalisco, Mexico – known as the Town of Tequila. We work in partnership with our distilling experts to craft a tequila that embodies authenticity and quality flavor. Each bottle reflects our dedication to the craft, and delivers a spirit our guests can truly appreciate and enjoy.
